The Chief of Staff Brigadier General Taher al-Uqaili discussed on Tuesday with the Military Attaché of the UK Embassy in Yemen military support to Yemen and efforts of regaining the state.
Al-Uqaili valued British position for supporting Yemen, noting that the army is waging nowadays an open war against all terrorist groups opposing the rule of law and posing a threat to security and interests of Yemen's partners.
For his part, the British military attaché confirmed readiness of his country's government of receiving more of Yemeni military personnel for training in the UK.
