Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Abdulmalik al-Mikhlafi received on Wednesday the Middle East Humanitarian Officer at Doctors Without Borders Anton Blair and discussed with him activities of the organization in 11 provinces and facilitations provided by the government.
Al-Mikhlafi expressed government's appreciation to efforts of the the organization in facing humanitarian crisis in Yemen over Houthi-Saleh Alliance's coup. He praised the organization for performing its duty honestly and away of any agenda, confirming keenness of the government on facilitating any measure or obstacle facing the organization's activity in all provinces.
For his part, Blair thanked al-Mikhlafi and the government on facilitating the organization's activities in Yemen, noting that they are seeking to increase their activities in Yemen via bringing greater number of foreign doctors and workers in health sector to face deterioration of of health sector in Yemen.
