The Minister of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates Dr. Shaya Zindani met today, Friday, in Baghdad, with the Special Envoy of the Russian President for the Middle East and Africa, Deputy Foreign Minister Mikhail Bogdanov.
The gross domestic product (GDP) in the Eurozone and the European Union (EU) registered a growth of 0.3 percent during the first quarter of the current year compared to the previous quarter.

The chairman of the Supreme Committee for Relief Aid Abduraqeeb Fatah said on Saturday that all external finance to Yemen goes for relief aid.
Denying allegations of the dismissed governor of Hadhramout Ahmed bin-Bureik that the GCC aid to Yemen gets embezzled, Fatah stated to Saba that "all finances that come to the Government and people of Yemen are not given in cash or deposited to the Central Bank; they rather come in the form of relief, humanitarian and development aid."
He said that the relief aid from the GCC countries "has arrived to all Yemeni provinces and left landmarks impacts in improving the humanitarian situation."
He said that the Government is doing every effort to re-normalize life in the retaken provinces and establishing security.
He said that the "exceptional circumstances necessitate upon everyone to stand by the side of the elected President and the internationally recognized Government."
Fatah thanked the GCC states and their donor organizations including King Salman Center for Relief, the Kuwaiti Relief Agency and the Emirati Red Crescent.
