FM directs embassy in Cairo to take care of Yemeni citizens

Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Abdulmalik al-Mikhlafi has directed staff of Yemen's embassy here to exert more efforts for easing difficulties facing Yemenis visiting Egypt and students.
In a meeting held at the premises of the Yemeni embassy here on Tuesday, al-Mikhlafi confirmed his ministry exerts hug efforts for overcoming issues and problems facing staff of the mission here and cooperation with the ministry of higher education to tackle situations of students in Egyptian universities.
He noted that Yemen is experiencing exceptional conditions require cooperation and understanding from all and reviewed these conditions and political efforts for regaining the rule of law and realizing security and stability.
Minister al-Mikhlafi was briefed by Ambassador of Yemen to Egypt Mohammad Marem on the nature and duty of the embassy for providing services to Yemeni students and visitors.
Marem and embassy's staff presented a review on mechanism and regulations adopted by the embassy to carry out its duties in consular section and efforts of the embassy and technical attachés for taking care of Yemeni citizens here.
The meeting also tackled obstacles and difficulties facing consular work.
