Prime Minister Ahmed bin-Daghr laid the foundation stone for a dialysis unit in Mahrah province on Thursday.
"The people of Mahra deserve all kind of support.
The province accommodated people from all parts of Yemen who were displaced as a result of the Saleh-Houthi militias' oppressive invasion/war that denied caused millions of Yemenis to lose access to development and medicines."
Prime Minister Ahmed bin-Daghr laid the foundation stone for a dialysis unit in Mahrah province on Thursday.
