VP comforts persons tortured to disability in Saleh-Houthi prisons

Vice President Lt. Gen. Ali Mohsen Saleh has met a number of persons incapacitated by torture earlier in the prisons of the Saleh-Houthi rebel militias.
The persons are members of al-Amal Disabled Care Association and the Vice President heard from them imparted with words of comfort. "The sacrifices Yemeni people offered won't go in vain," he said.
The Saleh-Houthi militias hamstrung many of their detainees.
Their torture methods in use include, among many, electrocution and whipping detainees with iron wires and planks.
