Minister of Endowments Ahmed Atiya said today that travel agencies that underperformed in services for the Hajj pilgrims will be held to account.
Today he chaired a meeting of an ad hoc panel set up for follow-up and evaluation of those services but started with discussing a preliminary report on the performance of the agencies.
The panel is tasked with preparing a final report. The transportation of Hajj pilgrims from Yemen to Mecca and between the holy shrines and hotels was largely good and free from accidents.
