Prime Minister Ahmed Obeid bin-Daghr has launched a portal for receiving citizens' day-to-day complaints electronically so as to get them addressed and resolved.
The complaints and claims of priority will be those from the families of the fallen and wounded national warriors, followed by ones pertinent to the basic services, salaries and other claims.
The portal will serve as a bridge of trust with the citizens by alleviating the suffrage of the people caused by the Saleh-Houthi militias' war.
