Minister of Public Health and Population Dr. Qasem Buhybeh has called for establishing a hospital in Yemen that offers traditional Chinese medicine services alongside modern medical services.

Minister discusses human rights violationswith investigation committee

Minister of Human Rights Mohammed Askar has discussed with the chairman of the National Committee for Investigation into Human Rights Abuse Claims Ahmed al-Muflahi the committee's efforts and progress of its functions.
The meeting reviewed the methods of cooperation between the ministry and the committee. The minister hailed the committee's efforts which has covered most of the Yemeni provinces.
Al-Muflahi briefed the minister on the methodology followed by the committee as it prepared its Third Report issued in July 2017.
They also addressed the challenges facing Yemen's participation in the UN Human Rights Council's 36th session scheduled to be held in Geneva next September.
