Bin-Daghar was briefed on the living conditions of in both governorates, asserting the local authorities must shoulder their responsibilities towards Yemenis.

For their part, the governors highly valued the efforts exerted by President Abdu Rabbu Mansour Hadi, emphasizing that the local authorities will continue backing the national army until every inch of Yemen is liberated.
