PM, Mahrous discuss projects in Socotra

Prime Minister Ahmad Obeid bin Daghr has confirmed his government's keenness on taking care of Socotra Archipelago and supporting development and service projects there for alleviating people's suffering.

In a meeting with Deputy Governor of Socotra Archipelago Ramzi Mahrous on Saturday, the two parties discussed projects and urgent services the province needs. Earlier, The Council of Ministers approved projects in Hadibu, the capital of Socotra.

Prime Minister confirmed that the government will implement these projects approved earlier; asphalting Hadibu and Qalinsia streets, finalizing the 22nd of May Hospital Project and constructing a modern school as the the capital Hadibu.

For his part, Mahrous conveyed best wishes of governor of the province to the prime minister, thanking him for continuous care and support to the province
