Houthi militias behind airplane fuel shortage in Sana'a: Arab Coalition spokesman

SANA'A-SABA
The spokesman of the Arab Coalition backing Yemen's government to put down the Saleh-Houthi militias' coup said on Friday that the militias stand behind the shortage of airplane fuel in Sana'a International Airport.
In a statement, Brig. Gen.Torki Al-Maliki told the Saudi Press Agency (SPA) that the Coalition has nothing to do with the lack of fuel to operate the UNDP aircrafts in the International Airport of Sana'a given that the city is under the militias' control.
Al-Maliki said that the statements attributed to the UNDP director blaming the coalition for this shortage and allegedly making it hard for the UNDP to obtain fuel import permit are groundless and misled statements.
"The Coalition forces issue on a daily basis permits to admit vessels carrying fuel, necessary commodities, humanitarian and medical aid to all Yemeni seaports including the militia controlled seaport of Hodeidah," he said.
The last permit given to the UN organization was on July the 29th, 2017, he said.
