Social Affairs Minister discusses cash transfer with UNICEF

Yemen's Minister of Social Affairs Dr. Ibtihaj al-Kamal has discussed with the director of the UNICEF office in Aden, Sayf Adden Namer, his the UNICEF's preparations for the payment of cash transfers in all Yemeni provinces as of mid-August.

The meeting addressed the coordination of efforts, promoting of partnership and drawing of strategies for all programs of child protection and for building capacities of social workers in the Social Affairs Ministry.
