A Turkish vessel carrying 10,000 tons of wheat flour, two mobile hospitals, 60 tons of medicine for cholera, 100 wheelchairs and other relief stuff left Turkey heading towards Yemen.
Senior Turkish officials, including the country's deputy premier, Veysi Kaynak, and Yemen's ambassador to Turkey Abdullah al-Saadi participated in a ceremony to see off the vessel as it set out this morning its voyage toward the port city of Aden, Yemen's temporary capital.
