President Hadi phone calls newly appointed Saudi crown prince

President Abdu Rabbo Mansour Hadi phone called the newly appointed Saudi crown prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud this evening.

Hadi congratulated Mohammed bin Salman again for his promotion to a crown prince and a deputy prime minister of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

"This trust you earned represents a sign of hope and future for both Yemen and the kingdom," Hadi told the Saudi crown prince.

The president said: "The delight of the Saudi people in your choosing is no bigger than the delight of the whole Yemeni people who authorize you because of your being the best to look after the interests of the two nation; Your actions preceded your words as you helped the Yemeni people through the Decisive Storm and Hope Restoration operations in which the Yemenis' blood mixed with the blood of their noble brethren on the soil of our land. (A unified struggle ) under the command and directive of king Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saudi the king of firmness, resolve and victories over darkness and rebellion forces."

The president appreciated prince Mohammed bin Salman's directives to King Salman Relief Center to donate 66.7 million dollars to curb the spread of the cholera epidemic in Yemen. He said it is "a humanitarian gesture not unexpected from the kingdom's leadership and people."

On his part, the crown prince thanked president Hadi for his "brotherly sincere feelings." The crown prince said: "Yemen, its constitutional legitimacy, the future of its generations and its security and stability are as paramount to the kingdom as they are to the Islamic nation as a whole." "Therefore victory of the cause has to be achieved," he added.

"And the abominable interferences that sowed sectarian strife in Yemen have to be brought to a halt."
