PM issues directives to add an extra power plant in Aden

Prime Minister Ahmed Obeid bin-Daghr has issued directives to electricity officials to ensure the installation of an extra 60MW power generation plant in Aden.
In a meeting with officials from the ministry and public corporation for electricity, bin-Daghr also directed them to announce a tender for another 160MW plant to reduce the power deficit of the temporary capital.
The premier praised the laborious efforts of the personnel of the Public Corporation for Electricity for fixing the power grid that comes every now and then under sabotage attacks by unknown vandals who short out power lines.
