Aden-Saba – Governor of Aden Abdul-Aziz al-Maflahi on Thursday met here with directors of OCHA, UNICEF, World Health
Organization, World Food Programme, the UAE Red Crescent working in Aden, reviewing humanitarian situation in Aden.
The governor hailed efforts made by the organizations in the fields of relief and development of humanitarian situation in Aden.
He hoped that international organizations increase their activities in Aden, particularly as the infrastructure of the city was damaged by the war which affected all aspects of life.
He stressed the importance of coordination between relief organizations and government authorities in order to deliver assistances for needy and poor people.
