Minister of Justice Jamal Omar met a UNDP delegation in Aden on Thursday and discussed the UNDP's support for judiciary, security and police in the temporary capital city.
The Minister thanked the UNDP for their logistic support to the security system, expressing his hopes of achieving a quick rehabilitation of courts.
Dep. Interior Minister Maj, Lakhshaa expressed his hopes of improving police performance through training and of rehabilitating police stations. The UNDP delegation expressed their readiness to continue supporting the security system in Aden to achieve peace and stability and make Aden a model of success to follow.
