The Yemeni people is more serious than it has ever been to put the National Dialogue outcomes into effect and build a federal state with no backdown or delays, said the State Minister for the Implementation of the National Dialogue Outcomes, Yaser Arroayni.

"This consensus reached in in the National Dialogue Conference came as a result of the exerted efforts of the Yemeni society, all the parts of it, with support from the UN and the international community," said Arroayni in a statement to Yemen's news agency 'Saba'.

"The dialogue bred a proposal of a federal state in which power and wealth fair sharing is secured.""

Holding fast to the three terms of reference for peace is a decision the Yemenis learned the hard way because of a protracted suffering that cost them and their country dearly, life of dignity and peace, all because of the conflicts and wars, said the minister.

By the three terms of reference he meant "the GCC-brokered initiative, the National Dialogue Outcomes and the UNSC resolution 2216" on Yemen.
