Minister of Public Health and Population Dr. Qasem Buhybeh has called for establishing a hospital in Yemen that offers traditional Chinese medicine services alongside modern medical services.

Geneva (Saba)-Yemen is taking part in the 70th round of the World Health Organization' meetings held in Geneva with a delegation headed by Minister of Health and Population Nasser Muhsin Baoum.
The meeting of this year, which is held from 22 to 31 May, is of utmost importance because a new chief of WHO will be elected. The new chief will be one of three candidates – from Pakistan, Ethiopia or Britain.
The participants will discuss several issues including the reform of WHO to be more responsive to health requirements and needs.
Yemen's delegation will hold a number of mutual meetings with officials of WHO at the sideline of Geneva's meeting.
Yemen's permanent representative to the United Nations headquarters in Geneva ,Ali Mujawar and Deputy Minister of Health and Population Ali Al-Walidi are also participating in the meeting.
