Riyadh, (Saba)- Ministers of interior, defense and foreign affairs of the countries of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) have renewed their countries' support to legal authority in Yemen and supporting efforts to end Yemen's crisis on the bases of the GCC Initiative, outcomes of the National Dialogue Conference and UN Resolution 2216.
In a press release to the ministers after their joint meeting held here and presided over by Saudi Crown Prince, the Deputy Prime Minister and the Minister of Interior Mohammad bin Nayef Al Saud valued efforts exerted for supporting reconstruction in Yemen and providing humanitarian relief to Yemeni people.
They also expressed happiness for the progress achieved by Arab Coalition for restoring legitimacy in Yemen.
The meeting tackled basic issues concerning political, defense and security affairs and discussed visions, strategies and clear attitudes for enhancing the unity of the GCC under current regional challenges and threats.
