Yemeni, Malaysian officials discuss relief efforts

Marib (Saba)- Deputy Governor of Marib Abdo Rabbu Miftah on Monday met here with a delegation of Malaysian Relief Agency led by Mohammed Fadhel.

The Malaysian official reviewed the nature of his visit to Yemen which included the governorates of Taiz, Aden, Hadramout and Marib, indicating that the Malaysian Relief Agency will provide relief assistances as a response a call launched by the United Nations to support the Yemenis.

The Malaysian official made clear that the agency conducted a field survey to identify the sorts of assistancesneeded by the Yemenis.

Miftah further spoke about the livings condition which people of Marib are facing due to the war carried out by the Houthi-Saleh militias, stressing that the local authorities will facilitate all tasks of the Malaysian delegation.
