Vice President lauds distinguished Yemeni-French relations

Riyadh (Saba)- Vice President Abdo Rabbu Mansour Hadi on Monday met here with the French Ambassador to Yemen Christian Tito, discussing issues concerning the two friendly countries.

Vice President exalted distinguished relations and spoke about bilateral coordination, cooperation, the ways of providing humanitarian relief to Yemenis.

He also reiterated that the legitimate government is keen to realize peace on basis of the essential terms of references; the GCC deal, the outcomes of the National Dialogue Conference and the UN resolutions on Yemen.

He also stressed that the legitimate government backed by the Yemeni people and the Arab Coalition is determined to end the coup, restore the state, fight terrorism and create a Yemeni federal state including six regions.

Vice President emphasized that the legitimate government is committed to provide relief to Yemenis, and put an end to their suffering and oppression practiced by the Houthi-Saleh militias against them.

The ambassador, for his part, stressed that France is closely following up Yemen's development, signaling out that it will contribute in providing relief and assistances to Yemenis.
