Yemen has strongly condemned the terrorist attack which killed and wounded scores of people by a truck driver in central Stockholm on Friday.
In a statement the Yemeni News Agency (Saba), Yemen's Foreign Ministry made clear that such terrorist acts contradict all humanitarian and moral values.
The statement stressed that Yemen renounced all sorts violence whatever their ground, calling the international community to unite to fight terror acts which target innocent people and endanger public peace and order.
It reiterated that Yemen stands by Sweden and supports all measures taken to maintain security and stability.
The ministry also extended condolences to the Swedish people and government, wishing speedy recovery to the wounded.
