Prime Minister, Salem Saleh Bin Braik, reaffirmed Yemen's commitment to social justice, equal opportunities, and economic empowerment during his speech at the 2nd World Summit on Social Development in Doha today.
Bin Braik emphasized that despite ongoing challenges, Yemen remains dedicated to implementing a recovery plan aimed at achieving economic stability, improving public services, and ensuring equal access for all citizens.
He stressed the importance of regional and international cooperation to support Yemen's efforts to overcome war effects, return to a development path, and achieve desired economic and social recovery.
The Prime Minister also called for debt relief for least developed countries, increased official development assistance, and alignment with national development plans to support sustainable development agenda 2030 implementation.
