Yemeni Ambassador to Japan, Adel al-Sunaini, met with the Director of the Middle East and Africa Bureau at the Japanese Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Keiichi Iwamoto, to discuss strengthening bilateral relations and expanding support from the Japanese government.
The ambassador briefed Iwamoto on the latest developments in Yemen, the challenges it faces, and the efforts of the Presidential Leadership Council and the government to promote transparency and activate state institutions.
Al-Sunaini expressed Yemen's desire to expand support from Japan in various fields, including health, education, infrastructure, and capacity-building.
