The ambassadors of a number of countries sponsoring the political process in Yemen issued a statement about their meeting with Prime Minister Salem Saleh bin Braik, which discussed developments in the situation in Yemen.

The government's efforts to implement comprehensive reforms and the economic recovery plan and international positions supporting the government to carry out its duties and responsibilities were highlighted.

The statement issued by the Ambassadors of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, the United Kingdom, the United States of America, and the Chargé d'Affaires of the French Embassy affirmed their continued commitment to supporting the Prime Minister, the Yemeni government and the Presidential Leadership Council.

The ambassadors welcomed the vision put forward by the Prime Minister to achieve stability and enhance the government's presence in the interim capital, Aden, praising his efforts to enhance financial stability and advance economic reforms, especially in the areas of spending management and revenue mobilization.

Prime Minister Salem bin Braik held a meeting with the ambassadors of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, the United Kingdom and the United States of America and the Chargé d'Affaires of the French Embassy.

The Prime Minister affirmed his and his government's commitment to providing basic services, promoting good governance and advancing economic development to meet the aspirations and hopes of the Yemeni people.

The ambassadors welcomed the vision presented by the Prime Minister to achieve stability and enhance the government's presence in the interim capital, Aden, praising his efforts to enhance financial stability and advance economic reforms, especially in the areas of spending management and revenue mobilization, reiterating their continued commitment to supporting the Prime Minister, the Yemeni government and the Presidential Leadership Council.

The participants also stressed the great importance of political unity and the cohesion of the National Front.

The meeting reaffirmed the strength of the Prime Minister's partnership with major international allies, and the consolidation of common goals supporting the path of peace, security and stability in Yemen.
