The Minister of Local Administration Hussein al-Aghbari discussed today, Wednesday, in the transitional capital Aden, with the Head of Cooperation at the EU Delegation to Yemen Joost Moolman the EU's support for the local authorities projects.
Al-Aghbari highlighted the local authorities' pressing need for flexible development projects and resilient programs, emphasizing the importance of enhancing investment opportunities and partnerships with the private sector to achieve sustainable local development.
He also underscored the importance of supporting governance programs, infrastructure projects, as well as programs for the empowerment of youth and women.
The EU's official cited the map of projects and programs that the EU is working on, confirming the continuation of developmental and humanitarian support for Yemen.
