Aden Governor Ahmed Hamed Lamlas met with Senior Economic Adviser to the UN Special Envoy to Yemen, Dirk-Jan Omtigt , and economic consultant Anthony Bezuijen to discuss preparations for the upcoming Economic Conference in Aden, scheduled for November.
The governor emphasized the importance of the conference as an opportunity to showcase investment successes and prospects through an accompanying exhibition. He stressed the need for the conference to be practical and effective, yielding tangible results rather than just theoretical discussions.
The conference will focus on creating a one-stop window to facilitate procedures for investors, announcing available investment opportunities, and addressing issues hindering investment.
