Deputy Governor o Socotra, Brigadier General Saleh Saad, praised the prominent role of the King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center (KSrelief) in providing humanitarian aid and implementing development programs that address the needs of the community in the governorate.
This came during his inspection, today, along with a number of leaders of the 808 Support and Backup Force and the Director of the Technical Education and Vocational Training Office in the governorate, Abdullah Al-Maawali, of the progress of training courses for women implemented by the Coalition of Goodness for Humanitarian Relief, within the framework of the Vocational Empowerment Project funded by KSrelief.
Deputy Governor Saad stressed that the vocational courses contribute to honing the skills of young men and women and qualifying them to enter the labor market, in addition to filling the shortage in technical specialties needed by the governorate.
He urged the trainees to take full advantage of the expertise of the trainers and pay attention to practical aspects, stressing the need to preserve the tools and equipment provided within the project and use them optimally.
