The King Salman Relief and Humanitarian Aid Center's Demining Project in Yemen, known as "MASAM" managed to remove 2024 of landmines, unexploded ordnance (UXO) and explosive devices in the first week of this month, all were planted by the Houthi terrorist militias.

The Director of the "MASAM" Osama al-Qusaybi announced that the project's teams have managed to remove 509,612 explosive materials, including landmines, UXO and improvised explosive devices since it has started its actions in 2018 launch until August 8.

Al-Qusseibi explained, in an official statement published by the media office of the MASAM that the materials dealt with included 347,498 UXO, 147,034 anti-tank and 6,830 anti-personnel landmines in addition to 8,250 explosive devices
