Minister of Social Affairs and Labor, Dr. Mohammed Al-Zawri, met with the Chief of Mission of the International Organization for Migration (IOM) in Yemen, Abdul-Sattar Asouf, to discuss ways to enhance coordination and cooperation between the two parties.
During the meeting, Al-Zawri praised the humanitarian role and ongoing efforts of IOM, highlighting the increasing burden on the country due to the influx of migrants and refugees. He called on IOM to establish humanitarian response centers to provide essential services to migrants and refugees in coordination with local authorities.
