Baggash stated that the Yemeni government is looking forward ton to open new horizons for academic cooperation with the Republic of Vietnam through training programs, exchange of expertise and mutual visits between educational institutions in both countries.
For his part, Van Phuc highlighted the importance of developing educational relations between the two countries, demonstrating his country's desire to establish joint cooperation and partnerships between the universities and academics in the two countries.
