Member of the Presidential Leadership Council, Abdulrahman al-Maharami discussed Wednesday with Japanese ambassador to Yemen, Yoichi Nakashima several issues of mutual interest and ways to enhance bilateral relations between the two friendly countries in various fields.
The meeting also addressed ways to strengthen coordination and consultation between the two sides in international forums, serving common interests and contributing to achieving security and stability in the region.
Al-Mahrami praised the continuous support provided by the Japanese government to Yemen in developmental and humanitarian fields, emphasizing the importance of enhancing this cooperation to serve the common interests of both peoples.
