Minister of Water and Environment, Tawfik al-Sharjabi, met with the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) to discuss the Aden Master Plan.
They reviewed the first phase's outcomes and prepared for the second phase, focusing on enhancing water services and institutional capacity building.
The ICRC expressed appreciation for the cooperation, noting the project's potential to improve urban planning and service delivery in Aden.
