Prime Minister Salem Saleh bin Braik met with the Resident Representative of the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) in Yemen, Zeina Ali Ahmad, in Aden.
They discussed the UNDP's plans and projects, focusing on sustainable development, joint coordination to mobilize funding, and supporting the government's efforts in anti-corruption, pension system reform, and economic recovery.
The meeting also covered the progress of the fish landing site rehabilitation project in Aden, funded by the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development. The Prime Minister praised the UNDP's interventions and emphasized the government's priorities, including alleviating humanitarian suffering caused by the Houthi militia.
