The Ministry of Civil Service and Insurance announced that tomorrow, Thursday, will be an official holiday for all employees of public service units at both central and local authorities in observance of the Islamic New Year, the first of Muharram 1447 AH.

The ministry clarified in a statement received by the Yemeni News Agency (Saba) that this holiday is based on Law No. (2) of 2000 regarding the determination of holidays and official breaks and that regular work will resume on Sunday, June 29, 2025.
