The Governor of Socotra Archipelago, Engineer Raft Al-Thaqali, met with a delegation from the Saudi Program for Development and Reconstruction of Yemen SPDRY to discuss the program's interventions in various sectors and the most pressing development needs in the governorate.
During the meeting, they reviewed the progress of the construction project for the College of Education and Applied Sciences and the Technical Institute for Vocational Training.
