Deputy Foreign Minister for Political Affairs Dr. Mansour Bajash discussed Sunday via video conference with the European Union Ambassador to Yemen Gabriel Munuera Viñals ways to enhance joint cooperation on priority issues, including coordination in international forums.
During the meeting, the Deputy Foreign Minister expressed the Yemeni government's appreciation for the positive role played by EU countries in supporting Yemen across various sectors, emphasizing the importance of continuing and strengthening this support.
For his part, Gabriel Munuera reaffirmed the EU's support for the Presidential Leadership Council headed by Dr. Rashad Mohammed al-Alimi, as well as for the Yemeni government and the Yemeni people.
