The Republic of Yemen participated today, Thursday, in the joint annual meetings of the Council of 16 Arab Ministers of Finance and the 48th Board of Governors of the Arab Monetary Fund held in the State of Kuwait with a delegation headed by the Minister of Finance and Governor of the Republic of Yemen at the Arab Monetary Fund, Salem bin Braik.

During the joint annual meetings, the Chairman and Vice-Chairman of the Council of Arab Ministers of Finance, the Chairman and Vice-Chairman of the Board of Governors of the Arab Monetary Fund for the next session (49) and the members of the Board of Executive Directors of the Fund for the next session, July 2025 - June 2028, were elected.
