The Ambassador of the Republic of Yemen to Germany Lou'ay al-Eryani highly praised the supportive stances of the Federal Republic of Germany in support of the internationally recognized Yemeni government.
As he met today, Tuesday, with the Minister of State at the German Foreign Office, Tobias Lender, al-Eryani greatly valued the German significant contribution to the development drive and humanitarian actions in Yemen.
Yemeni-German bilateral ties and cooperation was key focus of the talks.

The Ambassador made it clear that the best way to re-establish security in Yemen and secure the international maritime shipping lanes is to support the Yemeni government and enabling it to take control over the entire Yemeni territories.
The German Minister reaffirmed Germany's support for the Yemeni government and the efforts to make peace.
He stated that Germany is keen to continue to cooperate with the Yemeni government and to support the Yemeni people.
