Yemen's Ministry of Foreign Affairs has denounced the attempted assassination of Somali President Hassan Sheikh Mahmoud in Mogadishu, expressing solidarity with the government and people of Somalia.
In a statement, the Ministry offered condolences to the families of the victims and wished a speedy recovery for the injured. Yemen's government reaffirmed its commitment to supporting Somalia in confronting this regretful terror act.
