The Charge'd Affairs of the Republic of Yemen embassy in Budapest, Hungary, Ahmed Naji conferred today, Friday, with the Head of the Middle East and North Africa Department at the Hungarian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade Yanush Lachtovca over bilateral ties and cooperation between the two countries.
The two sides underscored the importance of further bolstering cooperation in higher education and engaging the Hungarian companies in the development efforts the Yemeni government has embarked on.
The developments in Yemen and the American designation the Houthi militias as a Foreign Terrorist Organization (FTO) were also touched on.
Naji made it clear that the Yemeni government is very keen to save the Yemenis the negative impacts of the decision.
The Hungarian official confirmed Budapest's support for the internationally Yemeni government and its efforts aiming to establish peace, stability and security all over Yemen.
