Minister of Foreign Affairs Dr. Shaya Zindani discussed with the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Immigration and Egyptian Expatriates Affairs Dr. Badr Abdel-Ati the bilateral relations between the two countries and ways to enhance them, in addition to coordinating political positions on regional issues of common interest.
During the meeting convened in the Egyptian capital, Cairo, on the margins of the preparatory ministerial meeting for emergency Arab summit on Palestine, foreign minister Zindani praised the depth of the historical relations between the two brotherly countries, and ways to enhance and develop them, emphasizing the interest of the Presidential Leadership Council and the government to support all peace initiatives aimed at ending the coup of Houthis, and achieving a just and sustainable peace that puts an end to the suffering of the people.
Minister Al-Zindani also briefed the Egyptian Foreign Minister on the latest developments in the Yemeni affair, and the efforts made to end the war and achieve peace.. appreciating Egypt's support towards the Yemeni government and people.
