Yemen's Ambassador in Vienna Haitham Shujaaddin discussed with Gerold Vollmer, the Head of the Middle East Division at the Austrian Foreign Ministry bilateral relations between the two friendly countries and ways to enhance and develop them.
The ambassador informed the Austrian official about the White House's decision to classify the Houthis as a foreign terrorist organization and Yemen's welcome of this classification.
He expressed Yemen's hope for Austria to take a similar step, as well as to support any decision from the European Union in this regard.
For his part, the Austrian official reiterated his country's support for anything that would achieve peace and stability in Yemen.
