Member of the Presidential Leadership Council Maj. Gen. Aidaroos al-Zubaidi met this evening with the US Special Envoy to Yemen Tim Lenderking in Abu Dhabi.
They discussions went over Yemen's latest humanitarian, political and military developments amidst Houthi militias' persistent terrorism against civilians and the continuation of their unjustified terrorism in international shipping lines and the repercussions of these attacks on the deteriorating humanitarian situation in the country mainly the worsening of humanitarian crisis in the country.
Al-Zubaidi underscored the necessity of a unified international stance to deter the Houthi terrorist behavior, sponsored by Iran. He emphasized that recent strikes against militia capabilities are insufficient unless there is a comprehensive strategy integrating local, regional and international efforts.
