Health workers in Marib condemn Israeli crimes against medical facilities, medics in Gaza

The medics community in Marib governorate organized gathering today, Sunday, to protest against the atrocities and crimes of the Israeli occupation forces against the hospitals and the medics in Gaza Strip, the most recent one, storming and vandalizing the hospital of Kamal Adwan last week.

The protestors issued a statement learned by the Yemeni News Agency (Saba) in which they denounced the Zionist brutal crimes and grave violations against the hospitals and health workers in Gaza Strip.

"The Israeli occupation forces' attacks on the medical facilities and staff are a full fledge war crime and flagrant violation of the international conventions and the UN's resolutions", the statement read.

The medics in Marib governorate expressed their full solidarity with the Palestinian medics who have been subjected to indescribable atrocities and crimes by the Israeli occupations troops.

The protesters called on the UN, International Security Council and international community to bear their legal and humanitarian responsibility toward the crimes of the Israeli occupation forces against the Palestinian medics.

"The UN and the International Security Council should move to put an end of the Israeli atrocities against the health facilities and medics in Gaza Strip", the statement stressed.
