Yemen Says Houthi Militia Poses Direct Threat to Regional Peace, Condemns Attacks on Gulf Infrastructure
Yemen has affirmed that the Iran-backed Houthi militia poses a direct threat to regional peace and security and to international navigation, saying the group is a tool used to undermine Yemen’s sovereignty and stability, disrupt basic services, and obstruct the delivery of humanitarian assistance to those in need.

The Acting Permanent Representative of Yemen to the Arab League Ambassador Dr. Ali Moussa met Wednesday with the Director-General of the Arab Labor Organization Faiz Al-Mutairi.
During the meeting, they discussed the bilateral relations between the mission and the organization, and the possibilities for developing coordination and cooperation in organizing joint events and activities, as well as benefiting from the organization's resources and expertise.
Ambassador Moussa praised the organization's distinguished role within the framework of joint Arab labor organizations and its expertise as a specialized body concerned with labor and workers' issues in the Arab world.
For his part, the Director-General of the organization welcomed the cooperation and coordination with the mission in various aspects, including benefiting from its programs and diverse seminars related to trade union work, new work patterns.
He pointed out to benefiting from various workshops made by the organization and aimed at raising awareness about the importance of continuous education and vocational guidance, as well as ongoing efforts to enhance women's work and protect child labor.
