The Arabian Gulf Cup Football Federation announced the launch of the 26th Gulf Cup referees course at the referees' residence in the Kuwaiti capital, which is preparing for the tournament's kick-off on December 21.
The course brings together 42 referees and three international lecturers: Ismail Al-Hafi (Jordan) - Muhammad Subuh Al-Din (Malaysia) - and Ali Al-Tarifi (Saudi Arabia).
The course includes theoretical and practical lectures related to aspects of explaining the provisions of the game law, and many important related concepts and situations and cases related to offside, correct positioning and movements on the field, hand touch, player management and tactical errors, in addition to practical applications.
