Safer Exploration and Production Operations Company in Marib set in motion today the use of an electric submersible pump ESP as a new project in Unit 2 well, with a production capacity estimated at about 800 barrels per day of crude oil.
The company's CEO Eng. Salem Kaiti said this project represents the first phase of developing a number of dead wells due to low pressures and returning them to the production line, which will lead to improving oil production in Sector 18.
